Kelly Stevens
MA, LMFT
Owner Therapist
Experience
Kelly Stevens MA, LMFT, is the owner of Discovery Mental Health Services PA, alongside her business partner, Jessica Kennedy. She has worked with children, adolescents and adults in schools, community mental health, hospital, and non-profit settings, as well as mental health startups.
Expertise
Kelly has her Masters of Arts degree from Amridge University in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy – Level 1, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as certified in Elemental Body Alignment Systems (EBAS). Kelly is also informed by positive psychology and compassion-focussed approaches. She strives in working in a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive manner, as well as being an LGBTQIA+ ally.​
Kelly has been a therapist for over a decade, exposing her to a multitude of therapeutic mental health and addiction issues and diagnoses, as well as opportunities for training in best-practice evidence-based treatment interventions. Being a military spouse for over two decades, a student, and a collaborator and lover of all things unique, Kelly has the privilege of sharing in your journey together.

Dr. Eaglin
Experience
Dr. Eaglin holds a certificate from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Psychiatry. His medical education took place at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, and he completed his residency training at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Dr. Eaglin assesses and cares for individuals of all ages, utilizing proven methods.
Expertise
He offers medication supervision and psychotherapy, concentrating on enhancing mental health and quality of life, while also supervising, overseeing the care at Discovery Mental Health Services PA.
Dr. Eaglin advocates for the appropriate use of medications, believing that overdiagnosis and overprescription are common issues in the field.
He maintains a straight-forward, ethical and realistic approach to the practice of medicine. Each person is encouraged to be an integral part in their own mental health plan.

I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), as well as, a family nurse practitioner (FNP-BC). I am devoted to providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to children and adults in all walks of life. I am well versed in trauma, addiction, and all mood disorders.
Expertise
I spent 20 years in the U.S. Navy as an Air Traffic Controller before retiring and returning to school. I graduated with my nursing BSN in 2007 and worked as an ER/ICU nurse while I continued to further my education. In 2010, I graduated with my Masters degree as an ARNP. I proudly earned both degrees from Jacksonville University.
I went on to complete my post graduate certification as a psychiatric nurse practitioner and have been devoted to this field ever since. My priority is building trusting relationships with patients in order to provide them with accurate diagnoses and effective treatment options.

Tasha Ellsberry

Hello, my name is Tasha Ellsberry and I am a dual board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have an extensive background in pediatric primary care prior to moving to behavioral health. I became an NP because I wanted to make a difference in people's lives. I love to educate and advocate for others. Helping both parent and child understand their health and wellness is very important to me.
Expertise
I have experience treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma related disorders, and pediatric attention deficit and hyperactivity. I received my Family nurse practitioner from Simmons University and my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Jacksonville University. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I have been practicing in the Jacksonville area since 2016.

YaJaira completed her degree as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. YaJaira strives to help individuals identify better ways to cope through difficult times. She believes in helping individuals use their innate strengths through a collaborative therapeutic relationship in a comfortable, peaceful environment.

YaJaira works with individuals, couples, and families, of both military and civilian households. YaJaira has experienced working with individuals that have a variety of concerns such as but not limited to depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders, self image/worth, adjustment issues, grief and trauma. YaJaira strongly feels that each individual and situation is unique and therefore draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, while encouraging all to feel supported and empowered as each individual walks through their journey to reach their fullest potential.

Danelle McCaw

Experience
Danelle’s work experience ranges from community corrections, mental health inpatient and substance abuse facilities, as well as experience working in the child welfare system as a Guardian Ad Litem Child Advocate Manager and Family Services Counselor with Jewish Family and Community Services. She recently obtained a certification in Eye Movement Integration, specifically targeting symptoms of PTSD and C-PTSD.

Danelle believes that you are the expert in your own life, and that living wholeheartedly and authentically is imperative to healing and growth. Many times it is pain that motivates change, however, Danelle believes that as we know better, we can preparatively aspire to do great things. With this mindset, Danelle will work alongside you in your journey to healing and wholeness.
Danelle completed her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University and her Masters of Arts in Counseling from Webster University. Danelle is currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern working towards her licensure for the State of Florida.
